This moment led him down the rabbit hole, delving deep into the ecosystem's intricacies. His background is in the Insurance industry, with multiple years of professional experience he has reached a high level of business acumen, his most polished skills being marketing, sales, and team leadership. He harbors a deep passion for startups, education, and financial literacy. Outside of his time engaging with the community, exploring the blockchain and Cardano ecosystem, or dedicating efforts to his ventures, Caleb enjoys playing basketball, spending quality time with family and friends, and listening to music. His favorite band is Soda Stereo, a testament to his eclectic taste.

## Marketing Advisor: Lucas Machiavelli Lucas became a member of the Cardano community in 2021 and has since taken on the roles of Cardano Ambassador and community builder. He is a co-founder of Token Allies, a decentralized venture capital firm, as well as Latam Cardano, a community specifically aimed at engaging individuals from Latin America. Currently, Lucas dedicates his efforts to composing a weekly newsletter focused on Cardano and overseeing the operations of both his Cardano-related ventures. His enthusiasm for marketing is notably profound. We are extremely honored to have him be a part of our team!!
